  1. I was devastated to hear of Joy's death.  We shared so many good times together--on our Sierra Club hikes, for example--and we were always part of the team "that made it happen" here at work.

  3. There's never anything that can be said that will make it better, but Joe and I hope you will count on us for help--with the kids, for example, or for anything else you need.  We'll call you.
